  • Liaise with Urban Planner, Architects, Civil Engineers and other professionals related to the project
  • Implement, improve, and enforce policies and procedures that will increase the operational effectiveness of the company.
  • Lead the project budgeting process
  • Prepare project brief for advertising and promotion of all projects
  • Lead the process of stakeholder engagements
  • Continually monitor project costs and maintain a sound financial position for each project
  • Oversee construction schedule and activities
  • Select and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships
  • Oversee the efforts across entire project between Urban Planners, Architects, Designers, Engineers, and Subcontractors
  • Plan, develop, implement and direct the organization's operational and fiscal function and performance
  • Act as a strategic partner by developing and implementing the company's plans and programs
  • Analyze the effects of long-term growth initiatives, planning, new strategies, and regulatory actions
  • Establishing protocols, collaborations, meetings and methodology to ensure that all goals and objectives are achieved
