- Implement, improve, and enforce policies and procedures that will increase the operational effectiveness of the company.
- Lead the project budgeting process
- Prepare project brief for advertising and promotion of all projects
- Lead the process of stakeholder engagements
- Continually monitor project costs and maintain a sound financial position for each project
- Oversee construction schedule and activities
- Select and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships
- Oversee the efforts across entire project between Urban Planners, Architects, Designers, Engineers, and Subcontractors
- Plan, develop, implement and direct the organization's operational and fiscal function and performance
- Act as a strategic partner by developing and implementing the company's plans and programs
- Analyze the effects of long-term growth initiatives, planning, new strategies, and regulatory actions
- Establishing protocols, collaborations, meetings and methodology to ensure that all goals and objectives are achieved
